Dani DiPirro is an author, blogger, and designer living in a suburb of Washington, DC.

In 2009, she launched the website PositivelyPresent.com with the intention of sharing personal experiences and insights on positivity, awareness, and self-love — things that didn’t always come easy to her!

Since the launch of the site, Positively Present has grown into a global, go-to destination for positive personal development inspiration and resources.

In 2012, Dani left her full-time job to focus her attention on growing the brand. Since then, Dani has expanded the blog into many new ventures, including books, a YouTube channel, and online courses.


Dani has written a wide variety of books with the intention of helping people around the world live more positive, mindful, and fulfilled lives. Her most well-known titles include: Stay Positive: Daily Reminders from Positively PresentThe Positively Present Guide to Life, and the Effortless Inspiration series, featuring the books Gratitude, Living in the Moment, Compassion, and Forgiveness. For the past five years, she has authored and illustrated the Every Day Matters diaries. She is also the creator of a variety of e-books and workbooks designed to encourage self-paced self-discovery.

Dani and her work have been featured in a variety of websites and print media, including Teen Vogue, SHAPEGlamour, CosmopolitanThe Washington Post ExpressForbesThe Huffington PostThe Globe and Mail, and The Happiness Project. In 2015, Dani was named ELLE Magazine‘s Coach of the Month, writing weekly articles for the publication on mindfulness.


While expanding her career as an author and blogger, Dani began learning about graphic design and illustration and fell in love with creating bright, inspiring images for her brand. When others began asking for her design help, she decided offer her design and illustrating services.

Focusing on illustration, logo design, e-book creation, book cover design, and branding, Dani’s design work strives to create inspired, empowering design for both personal and professional needs.
